Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags/labels intact, and in its original packaging. Keep your order confirmation/receipt handy.

  • How to start a return: Email us at design.uravi@gmail.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if damaged/defective).

  • Pre-authorization is mandatory. Items sent back without a return request will be rejected.

What’s eligible

  • Apparel (kurtas, dresses, shirts, etc.) – Unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging.
  • Candles & décor – Unopened, unused, with intact packaging.
  • Accessories – Unused, with tags and original packaging.

Note on handcrafted items: Minor variations in print, color, or texture are inherent to hand-block printing and artisanal processes and are not considered defects.


What’s not eligible

  • Made-to-order / customized / altered items
  • Jewellery/earrings (hygiene)
  • Items marked “Sale”, “Final Sale”, or purchased with gift cards
  • Used, washed, stained, perfume-scented, or damaged-by-customer items
  • Damaged packaging or missing tags/accessories

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email design.uravi@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video (outer box + inner packaging + product). We’ll prioritize a free replacement; if unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.


Return shipping & pickups

  • Reverse pickup: Available in select pin codes; we’ll share pickup details once your return is approved.
  • Self-ship (if pickup not available): Use a trackable courier and share the AWB.
  • Shipping fees: Original shipping/COD fees are non-refundable. For preference-based returns (size/style change of mind), return shipping may be borne by the customer. For approved defects/wrong items, we cover reasonable return shipping.

Exchanges

Fastest method: return the item for a refund/store credit, then place a new order for the desired size/style.
(Direct size exchanges are subject to stock availability and pin-code serviceability.)


Refunds

  • Quality check: We’ll inspect the returned item within 2–3 business days of receipt.
  • If approved:
    • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines vary).
    • COD orders: Refund via store credit (Uravi gift card) issued to your email.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund/credit, please contact us at design.uravi@gmail.com.

International orders (if applicable)

At the moment, we do not support cross-border returns. If you received a damaged/incorrect product, write to us within 48 hours and we’ll assist with a resolution.
