Shipping Policy
1) Order Processing & Dispatch
- We require 3–4 business days to process and dispatch your order after successful payment/confirmation (COD may require phone/OTP confirmation).
- Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Multi-item orders may be dispatched in parts depending on availability and warehouse routing.
2) Shipping Coverage & Service Level (India)
- We ship PAN-India via reputed national courier partners using Domestic Class A service levels (carrier-standard priority routes).
- After dispatch, deliveries follow courier-standard Class A transit times based on your PIN code serviceability and routing. Remote/ODA locations may take longer.
- You’ll receive an email/SMS with tracking once your shipment is handed over to the courier.
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier capacity, weather, strikes, peak season loads, or other force-majeure events.
3) Estimated Delivery Timelines (Indicative)
- Metro / Tier-1 (Domestic Class A zones): typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

Tier-2/3 & Non-metro / ODA: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
These are estimates published by courier partners and not guaranteed.
4) Shipping Fees & COD
- Shipping charges (and any COD fees) are shown at checkout based on weight/volumetric weight, destination PIN code, and current partner tariffs.
- Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website or at checkout.
5) Tracking & Delivery Attempts
- Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once shipped.
- Couriers usually make up to 2 delivery attempts; if unreachable or address is incomplete, the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO).
- For re-shipping an RTO order, additional shipping/COD charges may apply.
6) Address Changes / Order Edits
- Address or order changes are possible only before dispatch. Please email design.uravi@gmail.com with your Order ID at the earliest.
- Once shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting; any reroute is subject to courier policies.
7) Packaging & Damages in Transit
- All orders are shipped in tamper-evident packaging. If a package appears opened, tampered, or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 48 hours at design.uravi@gmail.com with photos/unboxing video.
- On acceptance of a damaged parcel, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos (outer box, inner packaging, product) so we can raise it with the courier and arrange a resolution.
8) Returns & Reverse Pickups (Handled by Us)
We support returns as per our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy (link in footer). Summary of the process:
- Initiate: Email design.uravi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged/incorrect).
- Approval & Mode:
- If your PIN code supports reverse pickup, we’ll schedule it and share instructions.
- If not serviceable, we’ll request self-ship via any trusted courier with tracking (share AWB).
- Who pays for return shipping:
- Damaged/defective/incorrect items: Uravi bears reasonable return shipping (or arranges pickup).
- Change-of-mind/size/style returns: Customer bears return shipping (as applicable).
- Quality Check (QC): On receipt at our facility, QC takes 2–3 business days.
- Resolution:
- Replacement (subject to stock) or
- Refund to original payment method for prepaid orders or Store Credit for COD orders, as per our Return Policy.
- Timelines: Post-QC approval, refunds/credits are initiated within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
For hygiene/safety and handcrafted nature, certain items may be non-returnable—please refer to the detailed Return & Refund Policy for eligibility.
9) Undeliverable / Refused Shipments
- If a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address/unavailability, it may RTO. Re-shipping can be arranged on request; re-shipping charges will apply. For prepaid orders, any non-recoverable forward freight may be deducted if an order is cancelled after RTO.
10) International Shipping
- At present, we do not ship internationally. If you need assistance for a special case, write to design.uravi@gmail.com.
11) Invoices & Taxes
- All orders are invoiced in INR with applicable taxes (e.g., GST) as per law.
- A tax invoice is emailed when the shipment is dispatched.
