1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.uravi.com (“Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or make a purchase.

Uravi Enterprises (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.

2. Eligibility

To make a purchase or use our services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • If ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. Products & Craft Disclaimer

Uravi specializes in handcrafted, artisan-made apparel and lifestyle goods.
Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, print, texture, or pattern are natural in hand-block, screen-printed, and artisanal processes.

  • Such variations are not considered defects.

Actual product color may vary slightly due to screen settings and studio lighting.

4. Pricing, Taxes & GST

  • All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of applicable GST.

  • No GST is added at checkout.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on courier tariffs.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major digital payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including:

  • Debit/Credit cards

  • UPI

  • Net banking

  • Wallets

Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.

5.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an email/WhatsApp order confirmation after successful payment.

5.3 Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation is permitted before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Email us at design.uravi@gmail.com immediately for cancellation requests.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days after successful payment.

  • Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next working day.

6.2 Delivery Timelines (Indicative)

  • Metro / Tier-1: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tier-2/3 & ODA: 3–7 business days after dispatch
    Delivery timelines depend on courier-class service levels and may vary due to uncontrollable factors.

6.3 Coverage

We ship PAN-India using reputed domestic courier partners.

6.4 Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges, based on PIN code and weight, are shown at checkout.

  • Free-shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly displayed.

6.5 Tracking

You will receive SMS/email updates with tracking details after dispatch.

6.6 Failed Delivery / RTO

If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unavailability, the shipment may return to us (RTO).
Re-shipping will require additional charges.

6.7 Address Changes

Edits or changes are only possible before dispatch.

6.8 Damaged Packages

If you receive a tampered/damaged parcel:

  • Refuse delivery OR

  • Email us within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

(Aligned fully with your submitted Return/Refund Policy.)

7.1 Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery/earrings (hygiene)

  • Made-to-order/altered/customized pieces

  • Sale / Final Sale items

  • Used/stained/damaged/washed products

  • Missing tags/packaging

7.3 Damaged/Incorrect Items

Email: design.uravi@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos/unboxing video.

7.4 Return Process

  1. Email design.uravi@gmail.com with order number & reason.

  2. If PIN code supports reverse pickup → we will schedule it.

  3. If not → self-ship via any trackable courier.

  4. QC takes 2–3 business days once the item is received.

7.5 Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after QC approval.

  • COD orders: Store credit (Uravi Gift Card).

  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

7.6 Exchanges

We recommend placing a new order after returning the original.
Direct size exchanges depend on stock and pickup availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.uravi.com—including logos, images, product descriptions, videos, graphics, and copy—is the exclusive property of Uravi Enterprises.

You may not reproduce, modify, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the Website for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Copy or redistribute our content

  • Interfere with website security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Website or servers

Any misuse may result in legal action.

10. Liability & Indemnity

  • Uravi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, strikes, or external factors.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

  • You agree to indemnify Uravi Enterprises against claims arising from misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers (couriers, payment gateways, hosting providers, Shopify, etc.).
Their terms and policies apply where relevant.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.
