Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as "Sale" or bought with Gift Cards.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your return, we perform a Quality Check (2–3 days).

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method (5–10 business days).
  • COD Orders: Refunded via Store Credit (Gift Card) only.

Return Shipping

  • Defects/Wrong Item: We cover the return shipping costs.
